We keep a permanent register of attendance which records all appointments for all clients receiving services from Omnia Creative Therapy so as to maintain a record of when you were treated for tax purposes and to secure potential evidence in the event of a criminal prosecution, civil litigation, insurance claim or complaint against the company.
We use any information supplied by you relating to yourself or family members for the purposes of devising and delivering creative therapy sessions.
We keep a record of and refer to that record of all creative therapy sessions content; for the purpose of monitoring your case, progression, reviews, planning and, strategy; and to secure evidence in the event of criminal proceedings, civil litigation, an insurance claim or complaint.
We record and use any information given, especially when referring clients to any other health professional, to help you receive the most appropriate treatment and to secure evidence in the event of criminal proceedings, civil litigation, and insurance claim or complaint.

In the event of an adverse incident occurring to any client we report the matter to the Complimentary Medical Association and our insurance company to enable the insurance company to deal with any potential claims and to help the CMA to develop its safe practice guidelines, as well as providing research data and information for the CMA’s insurers and other interested parties.
We do not rent, sell or share users’ information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use “session“ cookies, which are stored temporarily during a browsing session and are deleted from your device when the browser is closed, in order to allow normal use of the system and to optimise users’ website experience
