Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy is a mental health profession that uses creative techniques to encourage free expression, develop self awareness and acceptance, building confidence and communication, and enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages.
I provide a supportive and collaborative environment in the group sessions to help you connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges. Delving in to a wide variety of creative practices with others builds a sense of community, of belonging, and develops self confidence in a nurturing group.

My approach is compassionate and understanding, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, past trauma, or relationship issues, I am here to support and encourage you on your journey to mental well-being.
For those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy, my tele-therapy and online sessions are conducted securely and confidentially. With the same techniques and support available as the in-person sessions you will have peace of mind that you are receiving an equally dedicated service.

My couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship, with respect and consideration.
